During March and April of 2006, there were several meetings across the state of individuals interested in the use and support of technology in education. The discussion was in response to the five questions listed below. For each case, when the question is chosen, a screen will open with a set of responses to that question, organized by the site at which they were gathered.

Please take a look at each question, and the responses to it. You are welcome and encouraged to click on responses that you believe require more clarification, or where you would like to add a comment. It would be most helpful if you provide feedback to the responses in the area that correlates to the meeting you attended. We’d also like to know who has submitted comments. Please type your name and e-mail address on the form when you comment on the responses.

The data gathered via this process will be used to further define the ways that technology use in Pennsylvania schools should be supported. You are invited to attend a meeting in Hershey, Pa. at the PETE&C conference, on Tuesday morning, February 13. At that meeting we hope to work with leaders in education in PA, like you, to help create those definitions.
